We only take “oodles” and only take 5 extra dogs during term time and a few extra over the holiday periods. You bring their food and they simply just become part of the family. We don’t do kennels – your Furbaby just has to find a spot on the couch!

Emergency Plan!

We are insured as pet minding business and whilst we will take the best care of your dog - life does happen! In the event of an emergency, we need to have a plan. Please read and sign that you understand and agree to our plan. ​

Emergency plan: I understand that whilst every care will be given to my pet; they are looked after by Taryn Wynne entirely at my own risk. I authorise Taryn or her representative to call a Veterinary Surgeon on my behalf and to transport my pet to the local Vet. I agree to settle all vet fees in full.

About your Oodles Farm Stay:

What to Bring:
  • Please bring your dogs food and any medication they might need
  • I have enough bowls - so you can keep yours at home
  • Toys are welcome - but they might not be returned as they might be buried somewhere!
  • Please make sure they are groomed,  ESPECIALLY SHORT NAILS  before they arrive (they won't return so clean – farm play is dirty play!)
Rates & Terms:
  • Our Rates - including GST are
    • First 15 days = $66/calendar day (if you arrive on Friday and pick up on Sun = 3 days)
    • Day 16 + = $55/calendar day
    • Late Drop off (after 5pm) & early pick up (before 10am) = $49.50
    • Pet Collection offered at $2.75/km
    • Any "inja" dog receives a 15% lifetime discount on our advertised rate
  • Payment is via cash on arrival or via bank transfer & MUST have cleared into my account the day before you arrive.
  • 50% deposit is required for booking in holiday period and for stays over 3 nights

  • Payment Terms: 50% deposit to confirm booking + balance cleared into my bank before you arrive.
I can't have dogs that:
  • bark excessively
  • soil inside my house regularly
  • are mean to the other furry guests
  • or are going to demolish my home. (I have only had this happen once in 6 years!)

​If any of these things present to be a REAL problem, I will need to ring you to collect your doggo. No refunds will be given in this case.

Cancellation Policy:

Covid: Please note that we are OPEN and are guided by Government advice about this. If you choose not to travel; that is your choice and we will not be able to refund your deposit as we have let other bookings go as a result of your booking. If the area you reside in goes into lockdown or you are requested via a health order to isolate - we will absolutely refund your full fee. 

Other than covid reasons: I will attempt to fill your spot from a waitlist - in which case a maximum of 25% of your booking will be retained for my time to organise this for you.
